Decision Making occurs within a team on a daily, even hourly basis! Large and small decisions are posed, discussed, and solved routinely. So what happens when something derails that Decision Making process in a team? It can be chaos! Groupthink is just one of many potential pitfalls that a team can fall prey to. Using Chapter 6 your assignment this week is to discuss the threat of Groupthink and how a team and a Project Manager can avoid it. Please use Chapter 7 as your primary research medium with supporting internet or (NO "Wiki" references!). Your paper should contain an introduction to Groupthink as well as a conclusion at the end.
