DECLARE THAT:
SHOULD the parties hereto desire to enter into this agreement to define and set out the conditions for the employment of the employee in the company;
NOW, in view of the mutual covenants and agreements set out below, it is therefore hereby covenanted and agreed by the company and the employee as follows:
1. Position; Employment Period
