The reason for speed

What were the causes and consequences of industrialisation?

I think there were a few main causes for industrialization. The capital played a major role in the creation of the industrialization. Capitalism was a big part of industrialization. These factors were both important for the creation and effects of industrialisation. But there were also many consequences of industrialization.
In the early industrialization of the Government of the United Kingdom had a liberalist. Which means that the public had more freedom to do new things. This State system also helped the oversea trade which increased the nation's capital (usually money, can also take other forms such as physical goods that factories and machines). Britain's interactions with America, Asia and Africa up capital and industrialization made very beneficial. This increase of capital lead many Nations to industrialize.
Industrialism and labour as industrialism inevitably success created capitalism. Capitalism is an economic system where there is little government intervention in the markets. So this economic inequality leads people to believe that the wealth generated from this system and industrialization should be shared throughout society. This belief created ironic socialism which is equivalent to capitalism.
Industrialization helped grow the economies and advanced technology. Increased productivity and lowered costs. To increase productivity tasks that a person would perform would be divided into different parts. Most of the factories would have a machine do each part and workers had just tend machines that do work very boring. If a machine was not available the worker would make a very repetitive task that was very tedious and boring. Also with the industrialization is child labour, a problem. Factory owners rented the children for their cheap salary and size. This was a pretty normal thing but that passed laws were in place.

Just take a moment LSY ...

How often do people realize what the beauty of our campus inhibits? How many actually take a moment to realize that much of the necessary work is carried out at dawn to keep it that way?
Long before lectures start, we have about 100 cleanup personnel, technicians and ground keepers at work. To ensure that all debris is removed, lecture halls and offices are clean and the heating is on. Every once in a while, you might see a cleaning ladies working in a Hall. Do you ever few seconds out of your busy schedule just greet her and wish her a good morning? You can be sure that her started early!
Have you ever thrown away something that does not land in the trash but right next to it? And neglected to? A cigarette bud that fall at the ashbin?
We need 1.5 FTE reasons to keep in our daily activities to clean up what comes in the bins. Every morning, the campus is clean again. Two rounds during the day are necessary to keep it that way.
Women and men of the services as housekeeping, grounds keeping and building the management strives to make your campus a better and sustainable place to study and work. Often in the twilight, before dawn and behind the scene. Give them a heads up if you see them! They really do brilliant work.
As an example I will take a quick look at this article from the Washington Post.

Just take a moment and recognize what beauty you can study and work here and what the labor needed to keep it that way. 99% is fine. Most of us do not notice. When something fails, they are always motivated to maker it to 100%.   . It's okay and often necessary to make someone aware of a failure. Wouldn't it be nice to complement them well to keep our campus that is as beautiful as it is?

Managerial Roles

quota Managerial Roles
Managers must wear many different hats in formulating and implementing task activities related to their positions. In an attempt to understand the diversity of hats managers must wear, Henry Mintzberg examined managerial activities on a daily basis. His study enabled him to identify ten different but, coordinated sets of behavior, or roles, that manager assume. These ten roles can be separated into three general groupings: interpersonal roles, informational roles, and decisional roles.

1. Interpersonal Role Three of the manager's roles come into play when the manager must engage in interpersonal relationships. The three roles of figurehead, leader, and liaison are each necessary under differing circumstances. Adopting one or another of the three interpersonal roles is made easier by the formal authority the manager obtains from the organization. 1.1 The Figurehead Role The figurehead role is enacted when activity of a ceremonial nature is required within the organization. A baseball manager attending a minor league all-star game, the head chef of a prominent restaurant greeting customers at the door, and the president of a bank congratulating a new group of trainees are all examples of the figurehead role. While the figurehead role is routine, with little serious communication and no important decision making, its importance should not be overlooked. At the interpersonal level, it provides members and non-members alike with a sense of what the organization is about and the type of people the organization recruits. 1.2 The Leader Role The second interpersonal role, involves the coordination and control of the work of the manager's subordinates. The leader role may be exercised in a direct or an indirect manner. Hiring, training, and motivating may all require direct contact with subordinates. However, establishing expectations regarding

work quality, decision-making responsibility, or time commitments to the job are all outcomes of the...
