As a new employee to the company and newly appoint to a managerial role, I need to gain the confidence of my team and be accepted as a point of authority.   This means becoming part of the team not just the team leader and knowing each individual employee’s goals and expectations.   To aid me in this I will be releasing a questionnaire to gain more information about my new staff, my theory is if I know them and know what to expect it will be easier for me to be accepted.   The questionnaire will relate to personal and professional aspects of the individual.   To gain the confidence of other employees I also will be taking the questionnaire and releasing the details to my team.
